Oil-extended sulfur powder
The oil-extended sulfur powder is mainly used in rubber products, tires, etc. It has good flow properties and good dispersion properties during rubber compound processing. It has high thermal stability at higher processing temperature, is not easy to heat back to the original, effectively prevents the rubber from blooming, delays the scorching time of the rubber to the greatest extent, and improves the processing safety. Oil extension helps to improve product operating environment and reduce powder flying. It can make textile cords, steel wires and rubber stick more firmly. It is used in rubber and skeleton material bonding rubber and rubber products with a large amount of sulfur. It should be used at a mixing temperature of about 100 °C.
