Main applications and features:
S-80GS is a vulcanizing agent for both natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It exhibits excellent dispersibility and is particularly well-suited for NBR or rubbers with low hardness. It is especially ideal for compounds requiring shorter mixing times. S-80GS can be uniformly dispersed throughout the rubber compound without causing localized over-vulcanization. For soft compounds and light-colored compounds, it effectively avoids the so-called sulfur spotting issues that can arise from uneven dispersion. When compared to conventional sulfur, users will definitely notice the significant advantage of its superior dispersibility.
Recommended dosage: 0.6–4.0 phr
Storage recommendations: Please keep the packaging sealed and store it in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight.
