I. Basic Information
1. Core component: sulfur (S)
2. Appearance form: It is a pale yellow brittle crystal or powder at room temperature, with a special pungent smell.
3. Implementation standards: It is necessary to meet the National Standards for Food Safety Food Additives and Sulfur (GB3150-2010),which stipulates the purity and limit of arsenic, lead and other heavymetals.
4. Safety premise: only food grade, industrial sulfur is strictly prohibited, and the purity and impurity control of the two are very different.

1. Bleaching effect: burning or dissolving to produce sulfuric acid,destroyingpigments,used for vermicelli, candied fruit, dried vegetables, etc.
